Hi, I’m Denis.

I’ve been building software since 2011 and leading the people who build it for the last six years. Most recently I was Head of Engineering for TeamCity at JetBrains: 47 engineers in 8 teams led through 5 team leads, plus a cross-functional AI team that built the AI Assistant and Junie integrations.

My focus areas are engineering organization management, change management, and AI across the software development lifecycle (AI4SDLC).

If that overlaps with what you’re working on, let’s talk.
